Frequently asked questions

Does KoaPet work for exotic pets?

Yes. Besides dogs and cats, you can register birds, reptiles, fish, rabbits and other small mammals, and even horses. Each species comes with its own vaccines, check-ups and documents.

How many pets can I register for free?

Up to 3 pets of your own and 6 albums (4 ready-made and 2 created by you) without paying anything. If someone also shares their pets with you, you can have up to 5 in total.

Do I lose my data if I change iPhone?

No. Everything is saved in your cloud account: on the new iPhone you just sign in and your pets, photos and reminders will be there.

What happens with the photo of the booklet?

The booklet is read on your iPhone. The page is only saved if you choose to attach it to their vaccines, and then it stays in your account, which only you can see.

Is there an Android version?

For now KoaPet is only available for iPhone.
