1. What is ours
The name KoaPet, its logo, its visual identity, the texts, the illustrations, the screen design and the source code of the app and of this website are the property of KoaPet and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law.
Copying, reproducing, distributing or creating derivative works from these elements is not allowed without prior written authorization.
2. What is yours
The photos, notes and data you upload to KoaPet remain entirely yours. We claim no rights over them beyond the technical permission needed to store them and show them to you in the app.

KoaPet uses third-party resources and services under their respective licenses:

If you believe any KoaPet content infringes your copyright, write to us at support@koapet.app stating:
- Which specific content it is and where it appears.
- Proof that you own the work.
- Your contact details.
We will review the claim and, if appropriate, remove the content as soon as possible.
